Asever\u00f3 que \u201cla gente ni pregunta por cortes para las fiestas\u201d.<\/section>\n<\/header>\n<section><\/section>\n<section>Las medidas anunciadas en las \u00faltimas horas por el gobierno nacional, en torno a la econom\u00eda, generaron incertidumbre y se prev\u00e9 que, en el corto plazo, el poder adquisitivo de la poblaci\u00f3n caiga.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los rubros que se ver\u00e1n afectados indudablemente es el de las carnicer\u00edas, ya que desde hace meses vienen sufriendo aumentos de manera paulatina. Este mi\u00e9rcoles,\u00a0el due\u00f1o de una carnicer\u00eda, de barrio San Agust\u00edn, para conocer sobre los precios, las compras y expectativas para los pr\u00f3ximos meses.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<b>Es un momento de gran incertidumbre porque los precios cambian y la gente muchas veces se asusta<\/b>\u201d, comenz\u00f3 diciendo el due\u00f1o, Gonzalo Caba\u00f1a, explic\u00f3 que seg\u00fan \u00e9l \u201csi queremos un cambio, a veces nos toca ir por el sendero m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil\u201d.<\/section>\n<section><\/section>\n<section>Al ser consultado por los valores de los cortes, dio cuenta que \u201cde ayer a hoy tuvimos que ajustar la \u00faltima lista que nos lleg\u00f3. Es la tercera vez que ocurre y\u00a0<b>lamentablemente la semana pr\u00f3xima posiblemente vuelvan a subir\u201d.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, el carnicero asever\u00f3 que &#8220;<b>desde las \u00faltimas fechas de noviembre a hoy, 13 de diciembre, se registra un 50 por ciento de aumento de la carne en menos de 20 d\u00edas<\/b>\u201d. Explic\u00f3 que en su comercio las suba de precios se realizan de acuerdo a un balance de la media res donde \u201cse estipulan los valores para tener m\u00e1s o menos un valor parejo en cada corte: desde el costo se realiza en cada corte el precio final\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre los cortes m\u00e1s demandamos, Caba\u00f1a mencion\u00f3 que los m\u00e1s vendidos son aguja, marucha, pulpa. \u201cSiempre recomendamos a los clientes que lleven los cortes que m\u00e1s rinden, como por ejemplo la pulpa, que se aprovecha el total de la carne que se pesa\u201d, mencion\u00f3 que \u201c<b>el kilo de pulpa especial \u2013es decir nalga, cuadril, peceto y bola de lomo- tiene un valor de 6.800 pesos<\/b>. Ayer costaba 5.900 pesos\u201d. Es decir que en 24 horas aument\u00f3 900 pesos.<\/section>\n<section><\/section>\n<section>En esta misma l\u00ednea, inform\u00f3 que &#8220;el kilo de\u00a0<b>asado, al igual que el kilo de vac\u00edo, valen de 6.900 pesos.<\/b>\u00a0Una de las cosas que m\u00e1s se venden son milanesas: tenemos m\u00e1s de diez tipos y todas tienen mucha demanda\u201d<\/p>\n<p><b>Pollo y cerdo<\/b><br \/>\nCaba\u00f1a asegur\u00f3 que estos dos tipos de carnes tampoco escapan a los incrementos, puntualmente el cerdo sufri\u00f3 un aumento y el kilo de costilla de cerdo cuesta $3.500, las costeletas $3100. En tanto &#8220;el pollo tambi\u00e9n se refleja un incremento y el kilo de pata muslo 1.600 pesos. Las subas tambi\u00e9n se reflejan en todo lo que es embutidos, como chorizo y morcilla&#8221;, asever\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe destacar que faltan 11 d\u00edas para la Nochebuena y normalmente el consumo en estas fechas aumenta considerablemente. \u201cSiempre esperamos las fiestas, pero ahora\u00a0<b>la gente ni pregunta por los cortes que m\u00e1s sal\u00edan como lech\u00f3n, lengua y dem\u00e1s<\/b>\u201d, expres\u00f3 al mencionar que \u201ces una incertidumbre\u201d.<br \/>\nPor otro lado, expres\u00f3 que todo el panorama econ\u00f3mico le genera mucha incertidumbre y tiene cuatro empleados en su local. \u201cFui empleado muchos a\u00f1os y creo que lo mejor es hacer un ajuste a favor de los empleados, para tener una mejor calidad de vida\u201d, cerr\u00f3.<\/section>\n<section><\/section>\n<section><b>\u201cCadena de aumentos\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3 el carnicero, para que el aumento se traslade a la g\u00f3ndola previamente los incrementos se registraron en el kilo de ganado a pie, impuestos, remates y en los frigor\u00edficos. \u201cLo que sucede es que las medidas que implementa el gobierno, es decir desde su anuncio hasta su implementaci\u00f3n, pueden pasar muchas cosas, pero de todos modos, al haber estipulaci\u00f3n, los precios varia\u201d, cerr\u00f3.
