Qu\u00e9 pasar\u00e1 con los contratos vigentes.<\/section>\n<\/header>\n<div class=\"redes\"><\/div>\n<div>El presidente Javier Milei anunci\u00f3 una lista de 30 puntos principales incluidos en el DNU que incluyen la derogaci\u00f3n de una serie de leyes entre las que se encuentra la Ley de Alquileres.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDerogaci\u00f3n de la Ley de Alquileres para que el mercado inmobiliario vuelva a funcionar sin problemas y que alquilar no sea una odisea\u201d, dijo el presidente en la cadena nacional en la que estuvo acompa\u00f1ado por sus ministros.<\/p>\n<p>En el decreto oficial, la argumentaci\u00f3n oficial es a\u00fan m\u00e1s dura:\u00a0<u>\u201cQue en forma concordante, deviene imprescindible la derogaci\u00f3n de la nefasta Ley de Alquileres N\u00b0 27.551\u2033.<\/u><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Adem\u00e1s, el DNU describe bajo qu\u00e9 moneda se podr\u00e1n pactar los contratos y cu\u00e1les ser\u00e1n los mecanismos de actualizaci\u00f3n. En primer lugar, establece que \u201clos alquileres podr\u00e1n establecerse en moneda de curso legal o en moneda extranjera, al libre arbitrio de las partes. El locatario no podr\u00e1 exigir que se le acepte el pago en una moneda diferente a la establecida en el contrato\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLas partes podr\u00e1n pactar el ajuste del valor de los alquileres. Ser\u00e1 v\u00e1lido el uso de cualquier \u00edndice pactado por las partes, p\u00fablico o privado, expresado en la misma moneda en la que se pactaron los alquileres. Si el \u00edndice elegido dejara de publicarse durante la vigencia del contrato, se utilizar\u00e1 un \u00edndice oficial de caracter\u00edsticas similares que publique el Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Censos (INDEC) si el precio estuviera fijado en moneda nacional, o el que cumpla las mismas funciones en el pa\u00eds que emita la moneda de pago pactada\u201d, describe el escrito.<\/p>\n<p><b>Ley de Alquileres: qu\u00e9 pasar\u00e1 con los contratos vigentes tras el DNU que anunci\u00f3 Javier Milei<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 del anuncio de Javier Milei, los acuerdos en curso deben ser respetados hasta su fecha de vencimiento.
