El primer puesto fue para Formosa y el tercero para Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La quinta edici\u00f3n del Campeonato Federal del Asado se llev\u00f3 a cabo este lunes en avenida 9 de Julio, en Buenos Aires, y cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de representantes de todas las provincias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al atardecer se conocieron los ganadores del concurso. El primer puesto fue para H\u00e9ctor Germ\u00e1n Caballero, de Clorinda, Formosa; el segundo para Carlos Alfieri, de Gualeguaych\u00fa, Entre R\u00edos; y el tercer lugar qued\u00f3 para Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/elonce-media.elonce.com\/fotos-nuevo\/2023\/06\/19\/o_1687216043.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo fue el concurso<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan se inform\u00f3, durante una hora cada concursante debi\u00f3 asar tres cortes de carne: bondiola de cerdo, ri\u00f1\u00f3n y un plato regional con el corte elegido por cada provincia. Adem\u00e1s, ten\u00eda que preparar verduras que pod\u00edan presentarse como acompa\u00f1amiento de los cortes anteriores o como un cuarto plato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antes de empezar con las carnes, los parrilleros afrontaron el desaf\u00edo de la provoleta, que deb\u00edan presentar a los 15 minutos de comenzar el desaf\u00edo. Un jurado institucional y t\u00e9cnico fue el encargado de evaluar los platos y de seleccionar a los dos mejores de cada grupo para la siguiente ronda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/elonce-media.elonce.com\/fotos-nuevo\/2023\/06\/19\/o_1687216041.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los finalistas de esta edici\u00f3n son los representantes de Entre R\u00edos, San Juan, Buenos Aires, Formosa, Chaco y Salta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la etapa final los concursantes de las seis jurisdicciones ganadoras de la instancia anterior volvieron a cocinar durante una hora otros tres cortes de carne: tira de asado, chorizo y morcilla, y medialuna de vac\u00edo, adem\u00e1s de verduras. Entre esos participantes sali\u00f3 el mejor parrillero del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/elonce-media.elonce.com\/fotos-nuevo\/2023\/06\/19\/o_1687216042.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s de la prueba, que ya se convirti\u00f3 en una tradici\u00f3n, hubo 60 puestos de venta con diferentes propuestas asadas, fiestas nacionales y colectividades, y un escenario con actividades culturales y art\u00edsticas durante toda la jornada.
