Los clientes le buscan la vuelta seg\u00fan su bolsillo&#8221;.<\/section>\n<\/header>\n<div class=\"redes\"><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>La carne aument\u00f3 un 20% en enero, seg\u00fan dio a conocer el INDEC tras publicar el \u00edndice de inflaci\u00f3n, que fue del 20,6%.<\/p>\n<p>Se consult\u00f3 precios en una carnicer\u00eda. \u201cEl consumo ha bajado, hemos tratado de buscarle la vuelta con todas las subas que hubo antes de las fiestas. Despu\u00e9s baj\u00f3 la carne en tres ocasiones, se normaliz\u00f3, estuvo un tiempo as\u00ed y la gente vino m\u00e1s. Ahora subi\u00f3 de nuevo y la gente lo sinti\u00f3\u201d, coment\u00f3 Diego.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que \u201clas achuras son un corte muy recurrente a la hora de economizar una comida. La gente busca mucho mondongo, h\u00edgado, quijada. Tenemos hueso con carne, un corte que muchos utilizan para alimentar los perros, pero \u00faltimamente hemos estado viendo y sintiendo que lo llevan para hacerse un puchero\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa gente no la est\u00e1 pasando bien y busca acomodarse el bolsillo. Llega el fin de semana y el gustito del asado ha bajado. Consultan mucho, preguntan y se cuidan. Un buen asado pas\u00f3 a ser un lujo de privilegio\u201d, dijo y asegur\u00f3 que \u201cla costilla, tapa de asado, tapa de nalga, matambre o pica\u00f1a parrillera est\u00e1n a 7000 pesos. El vac\u00edo est\u00e1 7500 pesos\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que \u201cel pollo y cerdo est\u00e1n m\u00e1s baratos, son m\u00e1s accesibles que la carne vacuna\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La gente \u201cven\u00eda y hac\u00eda provista mensual, pero ahora vienen y compran para el d\u00eda a d\u00eda. El que viene de lejos a veces pasa y hace provista grande, de unos 50 mil pesos. El que vive m\u00e1s cerca va por el d\u00eda a d\u00eda\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Sobre otros precios, mencion\u00f3: \u201cel kilo de milanesa de carne est\u00e1 7000 pesos, de cerdo y pollo 5100 pesos. La pasamos una sola vez por pan, vendemos m\u00e1s pulpa que pan rallado, en ese sentido sale much\u00edsimo, a la gente le gusta. La carne especial est\u00e1 7000 pesos y 4000 la picada com\u00fan. La pulpa com\u00fan, para un bife a la plancha, est\u00e1 6500 pesos.
