Por tal motivo, muchas personas optan por preparar comidas m\u00e1s calientes y abandonar otras que se consum\u00edan en pleno verano.<\/p>\n<p>La nutricionista Magdalena Jozami precis\u00f3: \u201cEn invierno solemos comer alg\u00fan tipo de preparaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s calentita, puede ser cal\u00f3rica, pero sana. Es importante pensar en c\u00f3mo armamos las preparaciones para que tenga una buena cantidad de verduras, por ejemplo, cebolla, morr\u00f3n, calabaza, zanahoria. Tambi\u00e9n se le agrega prote\u00ednas como carne, huevo, legumbres, e hidratos de carbonos como un guiso de lentejas, que puede hacer una buena opci\u00f3n sana para las bajas temperaturas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Con respecto a los alimentos para el sistema inmune, sostuvo: \u201cPara fortalecerlo es muy importante una alimentaci\u00f3n equilibrada, con una buena cantidad de frutas, verduras, prote\u00ednas, hidratos de carbono. Tambi\u00e9n es fundamental la actividad f\u00edsica, hidrataci\u00f3n, buen descanso. Tener un \u00e1mbito saludable en general\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, se refiri\u00f3 a los c\u00edtricos: \u201cSon importantes y m\u00e1s en esta \u00e9poca que est\u00e1n de temporada. Siempre recomendamos consumir frutas y verduras de temporada, porque son m\u00e1s econ\u00f3micos, sanos y ricos. Ahora los c\u00edtricos est\u00e1n de estaci\u00f3n, tienen una buena cantidad de vitamina C, fibra que ayuda a enfermarnos un poco menos\u201d.
