Las tablas detalladas con los haberes y los bonos previstos para julio, agosto y septiembre.<\/header>\n<header><\/header>\n<header><i>Subas salariales y bonos para empleadas dom\u00e9sticas<\/i>. El\u00a0<b>Gobierno nacional formaliz\u00f3 el aumento para las empleadas de casas particulares<\/b>, en l\u00ednea con el acuerdo alcanzado hace 15 d\u00edas, cuando se reactiv\u00f3 la mesa de negociaciones tras m\u00e1s de seis meses sin actividad. El nuevo esquema de incrementos qued\u00f3 establecido a trav\u00e9s de la\u00a0<b>Resoluci\u00f3n 1\/2025<\/b>\u00a0publicada en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial, e incluye\u00a0<b>subas progresivas en tres tramos<\/b>\u00a0y el otorgamiento de\u00a0<b>una suma extraordinaria no remunerativa<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Durante el extenso encuentro que se realiz\u00f3 semanas atr\u00e1s, y que se prolong\u00f3 por casi cuatro horas, las partes consensuaron una\u00a0<b>suba del 6,5% en total<\/b>\u00a0para el per\u00edodo que abarca desde\u00a0<b>febrero hasta septiembre de este a\u00f1o<\/b>. El acuerdo contempla un\u00a0<b>incremento inicial del 3,5% sobre los salarios m\u00ednimos de enero<\/b>, y luego\u00a0<b>tres pagos adicionales del 1%<\/b>\u00a0que se aplicar\u00e1n respectivamente en julio, agosto y septiembre.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>Detalles del esquema de pagos y sumas no remunerativas<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Seg\u00fan lo estipulado en la Resoluci\u00f3n,\u00a0<b>la primera suba del 3,5%<\/b>\u00a0ser\u00e1 calculada sobre los montos de base de enero de 2025 y\u00a0<b>se abonar\u00e1 junto con los haberes de julio<\/b>. Este aumento alcanza a todo el personal encuadrado bajo el r\u00e9gimen legal vigente y se toma como referencia las escalas m\u00ednimas definidas previamente por el organismo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A partir de\u00a0<b>julio<\/b>, comenzar\u00e1 a regir el\u00a0<b>primer adicional del 1%<\/b>, el cual se aplicar\u00e1 sobre los salarios m\u00ednimos ya ajustados por el aumento anterior. Esta misma modalidad se repetir\u00e1 en\u00a0<b>agosto y septiembre<\/b>, sumando as\u00ed un total acumulado del 6,5% durante el per\u00edodo mencionado.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de los aumentos progresivos, se defini\u00f3\u00a0<b>el pago de una suma fija no remunerativa por \u00fanica vez<\/b>, que se abonar\u00e1 en funci\u00f3n de la carga horaria semanal de cada trabajadora. \u201c<b>Se trata de un monto de $10.000 para los sueldos del corriente mes, en empleadas que hagan m\u00e1s de 16 horas semanales. Para las que hacen de 12 a 16 horas, le corresponder\u00e1 $7.000; y por debajo de este \u00faltimo, el monto ser\u00e1 de $4.000<\/b>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>Aplicaci\u00f3n nacional y nuevos valores por hora<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Estas sumas extraordinarias tambi\u00e9n tendr\u00e1n vigencia en\u00a0<b>agosto y septiembre<\/b>, aunque con una\u00a0<b>reducci\u00f3n<\/b>: ser\u00e1n de\u00a0<b>$9.500, $6.000 y $4.000<\/b>\u00a0respectivamente, seg\u00fan la misma l\u00f3gica de carga horaria. Las cinco categor\u00edas laborales reconocidas \u2014<b>supervisores\/as, cocineros\/as, caseros, asistentes de personas y personal para tareas generales<\/b>\u2014 ser\u00e1n alcanzadas por estas medidas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<b>Las actualizaciones salariales y la suma extraordinaria dispuestas por la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Trabajo en Casas Particulares (CNTCP) tendr\u00e1n aplicaci\u00f3n en todo el territorio nacional<\/b>\u201d, establece la Resoluci\u00f3n. En el mismo documento se aclara que el objetivo es mejorar el acceso a condiciones laborales dignas, conforme a los principios de la\u00a0<b>Ley 26.844<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto al esquema remunerativo, a partir del pr\u00f3ximo mes, quienes trabajen en\u00a0<b>tareas generales bajo la quinta categor\u00eda y con retiro, por menos de 24 horas semanales<\/b>, deber\u00e1n recibir\u00a0<b>$2.992,84 por cada hora trabajada<\/b>.
