Detectar a tiempo factores de riesgo permite tratamientos m\u00e1s simples, eficaces y menos costosos. Muchas veces, la presi\u00f3n arterial alta no genera s\u00edntomas, pero puede causar un Accidente Cerebro Vascular (ACV), insuficiencia card\u00edaca o da\u00f1o renal si no se controla&#8221;, indicaron mediante un comunicado enviado a El Once,<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido indicaron que realizar chequeos m\u00e9dicos preventivos de manera regular es fundamental para mantener una buena calidad de vida y evitar futuras complicaciones de salud. La medici\u00f3n de la presi\u00f3n arterial, el control de los niveles de colesterol y el c\u00e1lculo del riesgo cardiovascular son estrategias simples que permiten identificar alteraciones tempranas que, si no se tratan, pueden derivar en complicaciones m\u00e1s graves.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>En este marco, desde Salud se recomienda:<\/h3>\n<p>*Mantener una alimentaci\u00f3n equilibrada, evitando alimentos ultra procesados altos en az\u00facares y grasas.<\/p>\n<p>*Reducir el consumo de sal y alcohol.<\/p>\n<p>*Dejar de fumar.<\/p>\n<p>*Dormir bien y reducir el tiempo frente a pantallas.<\/p>\n<p>*Realizar al menos 150 minutos semanales de actividad f\u00edsica moderada (caminar, andar en bicicleta).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Si bien las enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas, en algunos casos, pueden presentarse a pesar de tener h\u00e1bitos saludables, ya que pueden depender de factores gen\u00e9ticos o hereditarios, llevar adelante una vida activa y realizarse controles m\u00e9dicos regulares ayuda a mejorar su control y en algunos casos contribuye a retrasar el diagn\u00f3stico.
