El primero es un d\u00e9ficit cal\u00f3rico inteligente: no se trata de comer menos, sino de comer mejor, ajustando las porciones y eligiendo alimentos de baja densidad cal\u00f3rica para gastar m\u00e1s energ\u00eda de la que se consume, sin pasar hambre ni perder fuerza.<\/p>\n<p>El segundo\u00a0es garantizar prote\u00ednas en cada comida \u2014pollo, pescado, cortes magros, legumbres y l\u00e1cteos descremados\u2014 para preservar la masa muscular y prolongar la sensaci\u00f3n de saciedad.<\/p>\n<p>El tercer principio\u00a0es administrar carbohidratos de calidad en el momento justo.
