Este a\u00f1o, una helader\u00eda de la ciudad de\u00a0<b>Santa Fe\u00a0<\/b>se llev\u00f3 todos los aplausos al lanzar un innovador helado de\u00a0<b>espuma de liso<\/b>, inspirado en la tradicional bebida santafesina declarada\u00a0<b>Patrimonio Cultural de la provincia<\/b>. El local se ha convertido en el centro de atenci\u00f3n con esta propuesta que ha conquistado a los amantes de los sabores aut\u00f3ctonos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Con una frase que resuena con todos los santafesinos, &#8220;M\u00e1s santafesino que la siesta, la humedad y los mosquitos&#8221;, la helader\u00eda present\u00f3 su nuevo sabor, que, seg\u00fan sus creadores, no es solo una receta m\u00e1s, sino\u00a0<b>un homenaje a la ciudad y a su bebida m\u00e1s emblem\u00e1tica: el liso<\/b>. Este helado ha sido elaborado a base de espuma de liso, una cerveza ligera, sin conservantes ni agregados artificiales, logrando un sabor aut\u00e9ntico y refrescante.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"embed\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/elonce-media.elonce.com\/fotos\/2025\/12\/12\/e_1765572620_4003.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>&#8220;Sabemos lo que significa el liso culturalmente para Santa Fe. Estamos instalados en una zona de bares donde se consume mucha cerveza, as\u00ed que no pod\u00edamos no hacerle honor de esta forma&#8221;, explic\u00f3 Gustavo Carballo, encargado de Vi&#8217;gelato. La creaci\u00f3n del helado fue un proceso largo de pruebas y errores hasta lograr el sabor que hoy deleita a los clientes de la helader\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>Un sabor que remite al liso pero con un giro dulce y refrescante<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>El helado de\u00a0<b>espuma de liso<\/b>\u00a0tiene un sabor caracter\u00edstico que remite directamente a la cerveza, pero con una diferencia crucial: &#8220;No es amargo. Dir\u00eda que es divertido, rico y refrescante&#8221;, expres\u00f3 Carballo.
