Hay categor\u00edas excluidas y un sistema de reparto que generar\u00e1 controversia.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque en otros sectores tendr\u00e1 un impacto significativo, la firma del\u00a0<b>acuerdo comercial entre Argentina y Estados Unidos<\/b>\u00a0para la industria automotriz argentina no ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s que un complemento que podr\u00e1n aprovechar limitadamente algunas marcas, especialmente las que tienen f\u00e1bricas en la Argentina o son importadores oficiales.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">La raz\u00f3n radica en que este convenio entre ambos pa\u00edses\u00a0<b>no permitir\u00e1 la importaci\u00f3n libre de autos desde Estados Unidos sino cupificada a 10.000 unidades anuales.\u00a0<\/b>Ello representa un 1,7% del mercado y solo una quinta parte del otro cupo que el Gobierno habilit\u00f3 en 2025 por el lapso de cinco a\u00f1os para que autos h\u00edbridos y el\u00e9ctricos puedan entrar al mercado argentino sin pagar el arancel de la\u00a0<b>Nomenclatura Com\u00fan Mercosur (NMC) del 35% para veh\u00edculos de extrazona.<\/b><\/p>\n<div class=\"inline ad-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"dfpAd ad-inline\">\n<div id=\"infobae\/economia\/nota\/inline\" class=\"infobae\/economia\/nota\/inline arcad up-hide hide\" data-google-query-id=\"CJHY0KmlxZIDFVlJuAQdLRgGYA\">\n<div id=\"google_ads_iframe_\/1058609\/infobae\/economia\/nota\/inline_0__container__\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">La condici\u00f3n ser\u00e1 la misma,\u00a0<b>arancel 0% para esos 10.000 veh\u00edculos.<\/b>\u00a0Pero el impacto ser\u00e1 menor, no s\u00f3lo por tratarse de un pa\u00eds, que por grande que sea es s\u00f3lo uno, sino porque tiene<b>\u00a0algunas restricciones<\/b>\u00a0en cuanto al tipo de autom\u00f3vil que podr\u00e1 acceder al beneficio.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">Las posiciones arancelarias (descripci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de los productos a importar) que entran en este cupo con Estados Unidos son las que contemplan\u00a0<b>autos con motor entre 1.500 y 3.000 cm3 y m\u00e1s de 3.000 cm3, autos con motor di\u00e9sel de m\u00e1s de 2.500 cm3, y autos h\u00edbridos y el\u00e9ctricos.<\/b>\u00a0Pero tambi\u00e9n se especifica, en un anexo dedicado a la importaci\u00f3n de automotores, que estas posiciones arancelarias de los veh\u00edculos di\u00e9sel deben tener\u00a0<b>dimensiones superiores a 5,5 metros de largo y 2 metros de ancho sin espejos.<\/b><\/p>\n<div class=\"inline_2_DSK ad-wrapper ad-desktop\">\n<div class=\"dfpAd ad-inline\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">La primera salvedad que se debe hacer es que para que se pueda aplicar este convenio comercial con Estados Unidos,\u00a0<b>todav\u00eda est\u00e1 pendiente la aprobaci\u00f3n del acuerdo en el Congreso Nacional.<\/b>\u00a0Una vez sorteado ese tr\u00e1mite con \u00e9xito, se puede establecer el modo de funcionamiento efectivo.<\/p>\n<div class=\"visual__image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"global-image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.infobae.com\/resizer\/v2\/MQ7NX3M5EVA3VLKEYU7VO57JJY.JPG?auth=22892aefda5e9eed572d3d738ec9b8638b20feeaf4a541680600ea2c03490bf3&amp;smart=true&amp;width=350&amp;height=233&amp;quality=85\" alt=\"La pick-up Toyota Tundra es\" width=\"5500\" height=\"3667\" \/>La pick-up Toyota Tundra es uno de los veh\u00edculos que podr\u00e1n llegar a Argentina dentro del acuerdo firmado con Estados Unidos. REUTERS\/Jordan Vonderhaar\/File Photo<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"header headline-class-h2 headline\">Exclusiones e inclusiones del cupo<\/h2>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">Por esa especificaci\u00f3n de dimensiones, no podr\u00e1n importarse, aun cuando por cilindrada estuvieran habilitadas,\u00a0<b>pick-up medianas equivalentes o iguales a las argentinas o brasile\u00f1as\u00a0<\/b>con motores de 2.8 y 3.0 litros, como son las Toyota Hilux, Chevrolet S10, Ford Ranger y Volkswagen Amarok.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">Este beneficio aplica, naturalmente, a las marcas estadounidenses\u00a0<b>Ford, General Motors y Stellantis<\/b>\u00a0(Jeep\/RAM), pero tambi\u00e9n a\u00a0<b>Tesla o Rivian<\/b>, que producen veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos. En el caso de estas \u00faltimas, al no existir importador oficial en Argentina, quienes quieran alcanzar el beneficio deber\u00e1n tener\u00a0<b>certificaciones t\u00e9cnicas provistas por el fabricante.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">Sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n queda habilitada la importaci\u00f3n de autom\u00f3viles de\u00a0<b>marcas que producen en Estados Unidos aunque no sean marcas americanas<\/b>. De este modo, Honda, Toyota, Hyundai, Nissan, Volkswagen, BMW o Mercedes-Benz estar\u00edan habilitados para usar parte de ese cupo.<\/p>\n<div class=\"visual__image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"global-image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.infobae.com\/resizer\/v2\/M2XJON4QTFH5NHZHTR7L4DFHZM.jpg?auth=bfd0bcf4164bd873bda23f9e616c9ae36603b1811bdb42e001cae409f6955460&amp;smart=true&amp;width=350&amp;height=233&amp;quality=85\" alt=\"Los autos que lleguen a\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" \/>Los autos que lleguen a Argentina desde Estados Unidos no tendr\u00e1n un porcentaje determinado para f\u00e1bricas e importadores oficiales (Foto: Shutterstock)<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"header headline-class-h2 headline\">Como se repartir\u00e1 el cupo<\/h2>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">Como ocurre con el cupo habilitado por el Gobierno para importar 50.000 autos h\u00edbridos y el\u00e9ctricos,\u00a0<b>hay dos entidades que nuclean a las marcas<\/b>\u00a0que pueden utilizar estos programas o acuerdos para traer veh\u00edculos desde pa\u00edses de extrazona.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">Por un lado, est\u00e1n las marcas que representan a las automotrices nucleadas en la\u00a0<b>Asociaci\u00f3n de F\u00e1bricas de Automotores (Adefa)<\/b>\u00a0y, por el otro, est\u00e1n las de los importadores oficiales que se aglutinan en la\u00a0<b>C\u00e1mara de Importadores y Distribuidores Oficiales de Automotores (CIDOA).<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">Con el cupo actual de h\u00edbridos y el\u00e9ctricos, la reglamentaci\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda de Industria y Comercio estableci\u00f3 que el<b>\u00a050% de los 50.000 veh\u00edculos anuales deber\u00e1n asignarse a los socios de cada entidad<\/b>, y que en caso de que uno de los grupos no tome sus 25.000 autos, ese remanente puede ser utilizado por las empresas del otro sector.
