Buscan poder exportarla.<\/p>\n<article class=\"cont-cuerpo\">\n<section class=\"texto\">Cotizada en d\u00f3lares y &#8220;milagrosa&#8221;: la fruta ex\u00f3tica que ya se consigue en Corrientes. &#8220;En Corrientes tenemos el clima para hacer todo tipo de frutales, esto podr\u00eda ser un polo de frutales tropicales y subtropicales para exportar. En el vivero tenemos el fruto del milagro, que en promedio vale cerca de 100 d\u00f3lares cada fruta&#8221;, dijo el viverista Juan V\u00edctor S\u00e1nchez.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"embed\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/elonce-media.elonce.com\/fotos-nuevo\/2023\/08\/25\/o_1692983562.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>&#8220;Es una fruta que te cambia el paladar. Parece una aceituna chiquita, y despu\u00e9s de consumirla y hasta dos horas despu\u00e9s, todo es dulce, tiene una prote\u00edna que se llama miraculina, la cual se te pega a las papilas y sella a las que reciben el gusto de los alimentos \u00e1cidos. Env\u00eda otra se\u00f1al al cerebro diciendo que todo es dulce&#8221;, detall\u00f3 S\u00e1nchez.<br \/>\nExplicaron que se trata de una especie de origen africano.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"embed\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/elonce-media.elonce.com\/fotos-nuevo\/2023\/08\/25\/o_1692983564.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" \/><\/figure>\n<p><i>Cotizada en d\u00f3lares y &#8220;milagrosa&#8221;.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Para el viverista correntino, el clima de esta provincia es incluso mejor que el de Brasil para cultivar este tipo de frutos ex\u00f3ticos, por lo que tiene en mente la perspectiva de aumentar su producci\u00f3n para exportarla.<br \/>\n&#8220;Es car\u00edsima a nivel internacional pero tambi\u00e9n la planta es lenta en crecer. La estamos propagando para intentar exportar alg\u00fan d\u00eda. En Corrientes, hay cultivadas cerca de 50 plantas&#8221;, asegur\u00f3 S\u00e1nchez.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"embed\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/elonce-media.elonce.com\/fotos-nuevo\/2023\/08\/25\/o_1692983563.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" \/><\/figure>\n<p><i>La fruta ex\u00f3tica que ya se consigue en Corrientes.<\/i><\/p>\n<h5>Batatas p\u00farpuras<\/h5>\n<p>La variedad p\u00farpura de las batatas es rara para la regi\u00f3n nordeste de la Argentina y es otra novedad en este vivero. De acuerdo con S\u00e1nchez, en estas provincias no se la encuentra debido a que la planta rinde menos.<br \/>\n&#8220;Es much\u00edsimo m\u00e1s nutritiva porque tiene antioxidantes y pigmentos, pero en kilos se saca menos por hect\u00e1rea cultivada, entonces a los productores no les conviene&#8221;, asegur\u00f3 el viverista.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"embed\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/elonce-media.elonce.com\/fotos-nuevo\/2023\/08\/25\/o_1692983561.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>En pa\u00edses como Australia es m\u00e1s com\u00fan la variedad p\u00farpura. La variedad que s\u00ed es m\u00e1s com\u00fan en el Nordeste de Argentina es la batata morada. &#8220;Tiene diferencias porque la p\u00farpura tiene muchos pigmentos, parece una mezcla de remolacha y batatas. Aunque la batata p\u00farpura sea mejor para nuestro cuerpo, el inter\u00e9s del productor y en general de la gente es pagar menos&#8221;, dijo S\u00e1nchez.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"embed\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/elonce-media.elonce.com\/fotos-nuevo\/2023\/08\/25\/o_1692983564_1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>El vivero &#8220;El Guapur\u00fa&#8221; est\u00e1 ubicado en la calle Las cuevas y avenida Maip\u00fa, en la ciudad de Corrientes. S\u00e1nchez agreg\u00f3 que tiene 36 a\u00f1os y que colecciona plantas desde los 8: &#8220;Tengo cerca de 600 especies y a la venta s\u00f3lo est\u00e1n cerca de 100; conforme van creciendo y multiplic\u00e1ndose las pongo a la venta&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Como no ten\u00eda espacio fui regalando las plantas que crec\u00edan a mis amigos y familiares entre Corrientes, Chaco y Misiones. En 2019 compramos con mi familia un peque\u00f1o lote en Paso de la Patria para llevar m\u00e1s \u00e1rboles all\u00e1&#8221;, detall\u00f3 S\u00e1nchez.
