{"id":9143,"date":"2023-11-11T13:15:16","date_gmt":"2023-11-11T16:15:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nogoyatimes.com\/?p=9143"},"modified":"2023-11-11T13:15:16","modified_gmt":"2023-11-11T16:15:16","slug":"estiman-que-la-produccion-de-lentejas-arvejas-y-garbanzos-creceria-un-90","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nogoyatimes.com\/?p=9143","title":{"rendered":"Estiman que la producci\u00f3n de lentejas, arvejas y garbanzos crecer\u00eda un 90%"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Este a\u00f1o<\/h2>\n<header>\n<section class=\"bajada\">Seg\u00fan estimaciones del sector, entre los tres granos se conseguir\u00eda una producci\u00f3n total de casi 250.000 toneladas frente a las 132.250 toneladas que se produjeron en la campa\u00f1a anterior.<\/section>\n<\/header>\n<div class=\"redes\"><\/div>\n<div>La producci\u00f3n de arvejas, lentejas y garbanzos podr\u00eda crecer en la campa\u00f1a 2023\/24 de legumbres hasta un 90% tras el desastre productivo que se registr\u00f3 en el ciclo agr\u00edcola anterior afectado por la sequ\u00eda, aunque los productores todav\u00eda esperan por la calidad de los granos a obtener en esta cosecha.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan estimaciones del sector, entre los tres granos se conseguir\u00eda una producci\u00f3n total de casi 250.000 toneladas frente a las 132.250 toneladas que se produjeron en la campa\u00f1a anterior, fuertemente afectada por la falta de lluvias y las heladas tard\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>La recuperaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s importante se dar\u00eda en la producci\u00f3n de lentejas, la cual podr\u00eda aumentar 366% al pasar de 6.250 toneladas el a\u00f1o pasado a 28.000 en el actual.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de las arvejas, el incremento en el volumen cosechado alcanzar\u00eda el 116% al pasar de 60.000 a 130.000 toneladas, mientras que en el del garbanzo la trilla pasar\u00eda de 66.000 a 90.000 toneladas, equivalente a una suba en el volumen del 36%.<\/p>\n<p>Estos cultivos se encuentran en pleno proceso de cosecha en estos momentos a nivel nacional.<\/p>\n<p>En di\u00e1logo con T\u00e9lam, el presidente de la C\u00e1mara de Legumbres de la Rep\u00fablica Argentina (Clera), Jorge Vidal, asegur\u00f3 que en esta campa\u00f1a &#8220;hay mejores perspectivas productivas. No tiene nada que ver con el a\u00f1o pasado, que fue catastr\u00f3fico, con una ca\u00edda en promedio del 50%&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, Vidal explic\u00f3 que &#8220;si bien se sembr\u00f3 menos por falta de semillas y de humedad en los suelos, estimamos que con lo que hay implantado, la cosecha tiene que ser entre regular a buena&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Hoy estamos levantando la cosecha de invierno en legumbres, que es garbanzo, lentejas y arvejas&#8221;, precis\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Detall\u00f3 que &#8220;lo que se produjo con riego est\u00e1 medianamente bien y, los que se hicieron en secano (sin riego) los rendimientos son bajos y las calidades, si bien no son tan malas, son granos de tama\u00f1o chico, por lo menos en Salta. En C\u00f3rdoba, por otro lado, muchos lotes de secano se perdieron&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, remarc\u00f3 que &#8220;en lentejas se empezaron a cosechar algunos lotes con rendimientos de 1.200 a 1.300 kilos por hect\u00e1rea. En lo que es la calidad, las lluvias \u00faltimas perjudicaron algunos campos y est\u00e1n empezando a aparecer granos arrugados&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras que &#8220;en arvejas, si no pasa nada, va a ser un a\u00f1o nuevo con un rinde de 1.200 kilos por hect\u00e1rea, pero el tema est\u00e1 en las calidades y eso hace que haya lotes con manchas o blanqueado&#8221;.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"embed\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/elonce-media.elonce.com\/fotos-nuevo\/2018\/07\/19\/o_1532029913.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>El aspecto de la calidad es central para poder recuperar los vol\u00famenes de exportaci\u00f3n en el sector. &#8220;Lo que esperamos que este a\u00f1o, si es que podemos terminar la cosecha bien, es sacar producci\u00f3n. Mercados hay, pero hay que ver bien qu\u00e9 calidades vamos a tener&#8221;, dijo Vidal.<\/p>\n<p>Hay que recordar que en la campa\u00f1a pasada la arveja fue el cultivo que sufri\u00f3 la peor ca\u00edda en cuanto a los env\u00edos al exterior: entre enero y abril de este a\u00f1o (\u00faltimo mes del que se tienen datos de ventas al exterior), los despachos totalizaron 4.635 toneladas por US$ 2,3 millones, mientras que en el mismo per\u00edodo de 2022 se embarcaron 70.473 toneladas por US$ 27,5 millones.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan datos oficial en base a informaci\u00f3n surgida del Sistema de Informaci\u00f3n Simplificado Agr\u00edcola (SISA) a nivel nacional se implantaron entre estos tres cultivos 123.243 hect\u00e1reas, de las cuales 82.534 corresponden al garbanzo, 30.744 a arvejas y 9.965 hect\u00e1reas a lentejas.<\/p>\n<p>El poroto, principal legumbre producida a nivel nacional, queda exceptuado de este c\u00e1lculo ya que los trabajos de siembra comenzar\u00e1n entre enero y marzo para ser cosechados a los 90 o 110 d\u00edas posteriores.<\/p>\n<p>De hecho, seg\u00fan el Tablero de Cultivos de la Secretar\u00eda de Agricultura, Ganader\u00eda y Pesca, la campa\u00f1a 2022\/23 de poroto culmin\u00f3 con una producci\u00f3n total de 792.564 toneladas, por encima de las 680.000 toneladas del ciclo 2021\/22.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, Vidal sostuvo que &#8220;las perspectivas de siembra son buenas para el poroto, siempre y en cuanto se recuperen los perfiles de humedad en los suelos.
